WIRE-FREE RTK ROBOTIC LAWN MOWER
AN3000V is a base-station RTK robotic lawn mower designed for 500–3,000 m² residential lawns. Instead of a buried boundary cable, the mower works with digital lawn mapping, virtual boundaries, no-go zones and planned mowing routes.
01Virtual Boundary SetupDefine the working lawn digitally without installing a physical perimeter wire.
02Planned Route MowingFollow structured cutting paths instead of relying on purely random movement.
03AI Vision Obstacle AvoidanceCamera-based perception works alongside RTK and IMU navigation.
04App-Controlled Lawn ManagementManage zones, schedules, cutting height and connected functions from the app.
BASE-STATION RTK NAVIGATION
A local RTK reference, IMU motion sensing and AI vision work together to support planned navigation inside mapped virtual boundaries.

Learn how RTK robot mowers work, what affects positioning accuracy, and how to choose the right solution for your market.
An RTK robotic lawn mower uses Real-Time Kinematic positioning to improve GNSS accuracy with correction data from a reference source. This allows the mower to navigate mapped lawns, follow planned routes and operate within virtual boundaries without relying on a traditional perimeter wire.
Standard GPS or GNSS positioning is generally designed for broader location awareness, while RTK uses correction data to improve positioning precision and repeatability. For robotic lawn mowers, this higher precision supports virtual boundaries, structured mowing routes and more consistent navigation across mapped lawn areas.
No. RTK robotic lawn mowers can use virtual boundaries instead of a buried perimeter wire. After the lawn is mapped, mowing zones, no-go areas and working boundaries can be managed digitally.
AN3000V uses virtual boundaries and planned mowing routes, so no physical perimeter boundary is required for this configuration.
It depends on the RTK architecture. Some robotic lawn mowers use a local RTK base station, while others receive correction data from a Network RTK service.
AN3000V uses a local RTK base station, providing an on-site correction reference for its RTK + AI Vision + IMU navigation system.
RTK technology can support centimeter-level positioning under suitable GNSS and correction conditions, but real-world mower performance depends on satellite visibility, correction quality, antenna placement, surrounding obstacles and the complete navigation system.
For B2B evaluation, positioning stability and virtual-boundary repeatability should be tested under representative target-market conditions rather than judged by accuracy claims alone.
Yes. Trees, buildings, walls and other structures can affect GNSS visibility or create reflected satellite signals, which may reduce RTK positioning stability.
For this reason, base-station placement and the mower’s overall navigation stack are important. AN3000V combines RTK with AI Vision and IMU, but difficult lawn areas should still be validated during sample testing.
Base-Station RTK uses a local reference station installed near the mowing area, while Network RTK receives correction data from an external RTK reference network. The two architectures differ in on-site hardware, connectivity requirements, service coverage and deployment strategy.
For B2B projects, the right choice depends on the target market, installation model and correction infrastructure available.
B2B buyers should evaluate RTK stability, virtual-boundary performance, coverage, multi-zone navigation, obstacle handling, app and firmware capabilities, installation requirements and performance under representative lawn conditions.
For OEM / ODM projects, buyers should also validate the sample before confirming hardware, software, branding, packaging, documentation and production specifications.
